During my initial tenure, I championed crucial initiatives, such as supporting the adoption of an ordinance facilitating the acquisition of the Dam, Pond, and associated property at 112 Johnson’s Pond for public use. Additionally, I prioritized fiscal responsibility and advocated for revitalizing our local economy, improving infrastructure, and addressing social issues. I'm committed to implementing innovative solutions that drive positive change.

 

While Coventry faces challenges, I promise not to make decisions in isolation. As your councilwoman, I'll approach each issue with determination and an openness to diverse perspectives, always prioritizing community welfare.

 

My professional background includes significant achievements and a sterling reputation in the communications field:

• Spearheaded internal communications aligning with organizational change management strategies, driving National Grid’s 30,000 employees to adopt digital transformation of the IoT grid-sensing devices.

• Managed first rebranding program in 25 years at FM Global across 60 worldwide locations.

• Led media and public relations for Corvias’ 15 US military installations with 87K servicemembers and over 800 employees gaining a 42% increase in engagement and organizational reputation.
